They were incredible and very easy to make. The original recipe called for a European butter and specific chocolates for both the cake and ganache. I made them w/Droste cocoa and Hershey's Chocolate Chips and they were still amazing. I recently got the cocoa and imported chips they called for in the recipe so next time...
